Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy at Amnazone extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in a timely manner, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one month.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank; there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at mail@amnazone.com and send your item to lahore OR Karachi Office according to the destination.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
